My name is Russell Sweet and I am the owner and Director of DDFL Solutions.

DDFL Solutions, named after all four of my children, was set up over 4 years ago with the desire to give my clients more bespoke and 1-1 Health and Safety solutions. 

I am based in Ilminster, Somerset but have the flexibility to travel across the UK. 

I am an independent Health and Safety Professional, providing cost effective support to employers. With over twenty years Health and Safety experience across a variety of industry sectors, I can competently assist you and your business with all Health and Safety requirements. 

I pride myself and my business on the 1-1 support I can offer and I truly do go above and beyond to ensure I meet client needs. From bespoke Health and Safety policies, risk assessments, audits and surveys, I also assist with accident investigations, delivery of bespoke training courses and CHAS and Safe Contractor registration and annual submissions.
